When will I receive my order?
We normally deliver within 7-10 working days of placement of the order. All delivery times for specific items are listed in the item’s page and in the shopping bag page. For orders with multiple points and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.
Are there any additional shipping charges?
Not at all. Our all orders have free shipping all over India irrespective of the order price.
You can exchange any product with other sizes available in that product only. You can’t exchange the product with any product whether it’s of same price or not.
We would like you to have complete peace of mind when purchasing products from Threads & Pals Co. It happens sometimes that you don’t like what you buy, because there are unlimited chances of any contradiction is perception and what you actually get, after all it’s online and you’re unable to touch and try what you are buying.
That’s why we are open for the return request for 365 days. You can return all items within 365 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchased with no queries asked. This excludes items purchased on sale or using a promotional discount code. The refund amount will be reimbursed to your Bank Account or your Paytm Wallet.
In case of manufacturing defect with the item, you need to inform us via email: email@example.com or WhatsApp: 9650171000 with 3-4 multiple angle pictures and order details within 7 days of receipt and you will be refunded after the items have been inspected by us.
Some additional guidelines:
- Within the 365 days of receipt, we will accept all returns, except those deemed to have been damaged by the customers themselves outside of the normal everyday function.
- Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.). For all self shipped returns, we recommend you employ a reliable courier service.
- Once your return is received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the prerequisites of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 365 days.
- You can inform us by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure that the items are securely packed and handed to our pick-up person.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup once for an exchange or refund for an order. Any reverse shipment charges other than the one time will be borne by the customer.
- Please note that items on sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Please note that shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
What can I return?
You can return any products ordered from Threads & Pals Co. within 365 days of delivery. In case of items with manufacturing defects, you can return products within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange the product after we have received it in our warehouse. Returned products must be returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.
To ensure that your returns are accepted by our quality team, please take adequate measures to ensure your product trial does not cause undue damage to the products in any way.
Please Note: The no-questions-asked return policy is not valid on items that are on sale. These can only be returned due to manufacturing or defect/negligence on our part.
How do I return products to Threads & Pals Co.?
- Call up our Customer Support at 0124-4934191 to place your returns request. After guiding you through the process, our Customer Support Executive will inform you whether we can organize a pickup for your return in your area or if you would be required to arrange for shipment of your return yourself.
- In case of damaged/broken goods, send us the images on email@example.com or WhatsApp at 09650171000.
- If reverse pickup is not available for your area then you’ll have to ship it to below mentioned address and send us the Courier slip with price indicated on it-

- Please make sure that the above mentioned address is clearly printed/written on your returns parcel with the Threads & Pals Co. order # in cases of both pickup and self shipping, Please also include the original invoice as proof of purchase with the return.
- In case you have opted for Threads & Pals Co. to organize the pickup of returns, our logistics team would organize the pickup within 48-72 hours of placement of the pickup request. Please do ensure your availability and shipment readiness for handing over the return to the pickup team.
- If your pincode is not covered by our pickup services, you would need to self-ship the return item. Refunds are subject to your returns being inspected upon receipt at our end.
- In case you are self-shipping your returns back to us, please retain your shipping receipt and update customer care at 0124-4934191 or email us the tracking info on firstname.lastname@example.org so as to enable us to track the delivery of your returns to us. We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if self shipped.,
How long will the entire process take?
It can take up to 7 days or longer for us to receive your return, depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. In order to keep you in the loop, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return. Usually you will receive your refund in term of store credit at the end of this 48 hour window.
Do I get charged for returning products?
We arrange one free reverse shipment and do not charge any fees for pickups arranged for, and serviced by us. You can also ship your returns to us yourself to “The Returns Desk”.
How will I be refunded for the return?
On successfully processing the refund, the refund amount would be credited to your Bank account or Paytm Wallet.
Why is my returned product re-shipped?
This may have happened, if the item you have returned is used, damaged or original tags or MRP tags are missing. For more details, please call our customer care.
