If you don’t have time to exercise, then you can play any game like tennis, badminton, volleyball, basketball, football or others. It increases your confidence, your behaviour towards life and refresh your mind whole day. As you make some time for video games or social networking you can manage time for playing any sport for half an hour.

PROPER DIET FOR HEALTHY LIFE

Healthy eating is not about strict dietary insulation, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Proper food gives you high energy, improving your health and stabilizing your mood. Drink plenty of water, eat breakfast, eat smaller meals and avoid fast food and check labels and choose low- sugar products as maximum as possible.

Go out every weekend instead of interest. Spend some time at some clubs, NGOs. Help and meet other people, You will feel happy and lively. Maintain your health, wear awesome raiments, eat proper food in your life will change from dull to shine and bright.

When you do anything regular for twenty one days, then it will become part of your daily life.
